You'll have a hard time getting really good if you use the stock trigger (on most guns). An upgraded trigger will not only be much more durable (stock ones tend to brake with time and use), but it will allow you to "walk" the trigger. Walking is when you use two fingers to activate the trigger much faster than you could with just one - putting a crazy amount of paint down the field.
